Below is some important information for you to review and take action on:
Registration
Make sure to register ASAP. We're offering an early-bird discount for those who register in the next week of $299/person.
Full price: $499/person.
Your ticket includes meals for Wednesday evening, Thursday, and Friday morning, transportation to and from Billings Airport, as well as participation in all of our program and recreation events.
Participant Survey
Please complete our participant survey to share any dietary restrictions, travel plans (so we can provide a shuttle), preferences for our optional Montana experiences, and your thoughts on making this event wildly successful.
Arrival and Lodging
For those of you flying, we recommend planning to arrive in Billings, which is the closest airport to Red Lodge. We’ll do our best to provide shuttle service if you don’t want to rent a car. Alternative airports: Bozeman, MT (approx. 2 hours away) and Cody, WY (approx. 80 minutes away).
We're able to offer you a discount of 20% off from the Pollard Hotel, a local and wonderful historic establishment! This is where our workshop/masterclass events will be taking place, as well as most meals, making it very convenient.

Rooms at the Pollard will fill quickly, so we recommend booking today.
There are also other options in Red Lodge, so feel free to browse those from your favorite hotel or vacation home site. We’re also happy to offer recommendations (or opinions) if you need them.
